Where a LUNAcycled pair comes from
Nothing here was made to be sold cheap. Every pair started life as a full price LUNA and ended up on this page for one of three reasons.
Returned
Someone ordered them, tried them, and sent them back. Most have barely been out of the box.
Exchanged
Swapped for a different size or a different model. The first pair comes back to us with next to no miles on it.
Factory second
Did not pass our own inspection. Imperfect enough that we will not sell it as new, and priced accordingly.
The small print, in plain words
Sales on this page are normally final. We do not want that to put anyone off trying LUNAs for the first time, so if the size is wrong you can send them back for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping is on you.
