What is your return policy?

Return/Exchange Policy: You have 90 days to decide if your LUNAs are right for you. If you need to return your LUNAs for an exchange or refund, be sure you are returning clean, only-worn-indoors-for-testing, like-new sandals. At our discretion, we may charge up to 50% for a restocking fee if the sandals show signs of wear preventing us from reselling them as new. Heavily used sandals will not be accepted.

* Returns on items purchased through the Sandal Builder are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

How do I return something?

If you live in the US, US territories or have an APO, follow the steps below.

For all international return requests, please contact us at support@lunasandals.com

  1. Create your online return here.
  2. Pack the items you’re returning in the original package (if possible). Include your packing slip or your name and/or order number.
  3. Affix the supplied return label to the package (US only)**  
  4. Drop your return in any USPS Mailbox or take to your local post office.
  5. If using the return label provided, $5.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.
  6. If your prefer, you may choose to use a different return shipping method or carrier and the cost of shipping will not be deducted from your refund.

**If you elect not to use the return label generated from lunasandals.com/returns, LUNA will not be responsible for return shipping costs or for any items lost or damaged in transit.

How do I exchange something?

If you live the US, US territories or have an APO, follow the steps below.

For all international exchange requests, please contact us at support@lunasandals.com

  1. Place a new order at lunasandals.com                                                                   *We will cover the cost of return shipping if the exchange order number is   provided
  2. Create your online return here. Be sure to enter your order number in the comments box of your online return to ensure free shipping.
  3. Pack the items you’re returning in the original package (if possible). Include your packing slip or your name and/or order number
  4. Affix the supplied return label to the package (US only)**
  5. Drop your return in any USPS Mailbox or take to your local post office.

*You will not be charged a return shipping fee if the order number for a replacement item is included in your online return.

How long will it take to process my return?

Refunds will be issued to your account within 2-5 business days of receipt (not including transit time for the item to arrive at LUNA). Credits may take up to 5 business days to post on your account.

You may use your tracking number provided to see when we have received your package. If you elect not to use the provided return label or a return label generated from lunasandals.com/returns, LUNA will not assume responsibility for any items lost in transit. 

 

International Returns/Exchanges

How do I return something from outside of the US:

Send your item back to us using the shipping method of your choice.

**LUNA will not be responsible for return shipping cost or items lost or damaged in transit.

How do I exchange something from outside the US:

  1. Fill out your original packing slip (if possible) with the new item/size you’d like for your exchange and include it in your return package.
  2. Send your item back to us using the shipping method of your choice.
  3. Once we receive your package, we will create a new order for your replacement item.                                                                                                                        *LUNA will cover the cost of shipping your exchange to you
  4. If you would like to receive the replacement quicker, you may place a new order at lunasandals.com and request a refund for the returned pair. In this case, LUNA will not cover the cost of shipping.
