All LUNA Sandals are backed by our solid MoonRock Guarantee. Our warranty covers sandals up to a year old for any manufacturing defect. This could be something like the laces pulling through the sandal, the Wing stitches unraveling, or the side notches tearing out. Claims past 1 year are handled case-by-case and customers are responsible for shipping costs. Please refer to our Warranty Page for more information.
We want you to love your LUNA sandals as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied with your sandals within 30 days from the delivery date, you can return them to us for a refund*, no questions asked. If you’d like to exchange for a different model, return shipping is on us.
After 30 days, the sandals can be returned and fully refunded if they are still brand new and can be resold as such. Lightly worn sandals can be returned and refunded, but a restocking fee will be applied. Heavily worn sandals can not be returned. After 90 days, sandals can’t be returned or exchanged regardless of condition.

*Original shipping costs will not be refunded and return label cost will be deducted from your refund.
*Returns and exchanges are only available for the items purchased from lunasandals.com. If you made a purchase from one of our retail partners, please contact them directly.
*Products that are altered or customized by the customer will not be accepted for an exchange or refund at any time.
*Builder sandals are not eligible for exchange, but can be returned for store credit or for a refund. Original shipping cost will not be refunded.
*For Limited Edition or discontinued models we will only be able to offer credit, refunds or exchanges with a different model.

If you are elsewhere, you will need to purchase a return label with your choice of shipping provider to send your items back to us.
