What is “LUNAcycle”?
Of course it’s a play on the words “recycle” and “LUNA” and it is our new way of repurposing slightly used sandals that were returned or exchanged and are no longer sellable as new.
It’s a most excellent way to get another pair of LUNAs and save big now.
Normally all sales are final but we don’t want to discourage new LUNA wearers, so we will allow returns in the case of wrong size. Returns for "Store Credit" are possible within 30 days of purchase; however, the customer will be responsible for cost of the return shipping label.
Most women are true to size.
With LUNAs, you want a close fit and not a lot of space around your foot.

Wear them. Really wear them.
Take your LUNAs out for 30 days and use them the way you actually will. Trail miles, river crossings, the walk for coffee, a whole day on your feet. Get them dusty, get them wet, put real ground under them. There is no mileage limit and no keep-them-pristine clause.
If they turn out not to be right for you, send them back within 30 days of delivery for a refund, no questions asked, however worn they are. Want to try a different model instead? Return shipping is on us.
Clearance items are not eligible. Original shipping is not refunded. In the US, returns are free if you added Checkout+ at checkout. Without it, a $10 return fee comes off your refund. Full returns and exchanges policy

The sandals take some adjusting to get the fit right, but are very comfortable after. Very lightweight and pack down small. Customer service was great with my exchange to get the right size. Only taking off 1 star because on one of my sandals, the toe strap was all twisted up, so I had to re-do the laces which was difficult. Besides that everything was great. I will definitely buy another pair after these.

I semi-retired my old Retro Monos with well over 3000 trail running miles, but they still have plenty of life; no treads, but more miles to go.
My new Monos, after their inaugural run, are already forming to my foot. Light, smooth, comfortable, and just the right amount of protection for New England’s gnarly single track trails.

I have been a minimal sandals user for some years, wearing to the distruction almost all the sandals I have had... I just received a pair of these and made some hours test, on a variety of grounds. What can I Say... They are GREAT! They seem very sturdy and you can perfectly tight fit them to the feet and then... forget about them... and the grip of the sole brings to another level their usefulness.

I originally purchased the Winged Mono. The wings rubbed the sides of my feet in a way that I didn't think they would ever break in. I exchanged them for the Retro Mono. The exchange process was very easy. I had an easier time adjusting the retro lacing than the winged. The retro lacing is amazing and the footbed is so great! I wouldn't change a thing about these sandals.
