THIS SERVICE INCLUDES THE REPLACEMENT OF ALL 4 WINGS. THIS SERVICE DOES NOT INCLUDE NEW LACES, CHECK THAT OUT HERE. 

ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR SANDALS, WE WILL REPAIR THEM AND SEND BACK TO YOU IN AROUND ~1 WEEK! PLEASE INCLUDE A NOTE WITH YOUR NAME, ORDER NUMBER, AND RETURN ADDRESS. 

PLEASE SEND IN YOUR SANDALS CLEAN AND DRY.

Take your LUNAs out for 30 days and use them the way you actually will. Trail miles, river crossings, the walk for coffee, a whole day on your feet. Get them dusty, get them wet, put real ground under them. There is no mileage limit and no keep-them-pristine clause.

If they turn out not to be right for you, send them back within 30 days of delivery for a refund, no questions asked, however worn they are. Want to try a different model instead? Return shipping is on us.
