Super comfy

The new laces are awesome! Make sure you watch the video and get all the tools you need before starting. They're not joking about the pliers.

Lace replacement

My son just ended up purchasing new sandals. I think it is good in the USA but to add the extra shipping cost and then the exchange it’s quite expensive and It seemed like a lot of effort and money for some already well worn shoes. Kudos to the shoes of course. I’ll really need to keep the puppy away from the shoes. Customer service was very good - Everyone we spoke to was helpful and friendly. Thank you, Jodi

Lace replacement works!

I was pleasantly surprised that the lace is sturdy and really hasn't changed the look from the original leather. Also, a padded, traction heelpiece was added to the heel strap and I love it. I went for a little while without the tech strap but then added it because I found I'm used to the security it provides

Lace replacement

I noticed The strap on my pair of Leadvilles Was about to bust through... hanging in by a thread. This pair had 850-ish miles on them and the soles are still in great shape. I had a 100 mile race in less than two weeks so I called Luna and BFT answered. We chatted a bit and I immediately shipped it soles out to them. They had me re-laced and back in them by Tuesday the following week. This pair got me through another 150 race miles and is well over a thousand. I’m certain I’ll see 1500-2000 miles out of this pair. Just a phenomenal product with the best customer service out there.
