Size Guide

The Leadville Pacer is among the best selling trail LUNAs!

A light and lean 9mm ultralight minimalist trail sandal that provides the most minimal amount of protection that provides the truest-to-life minimalist trail experience.

It famously uses a Vibram® soling compound that is super lightweight and grippy. It won't last as long as the stiffer Oso soling material, but what it gives up in longevity it makes up in performance. The super flexible Leadville Pacer sole will form to your feet like a glove over a very short period of time. It quickly becomes a trail favorite for its nimbleness and ground feel. Suburb approach and camp sandal.

Great with some room for improvement

Great sandals and fun to wear. Two minor issues that stopped me from rating 5 stars. The size 12 I ordered was very large in width and length compared to any other size 12 footwear I ever bought, so I had to return them and go one size down and even then they are still large Also, the heel strap should sit higher on the heel Glad to support a local business.

    Fantastic all around and runners

I wear these things everywhere. I run in them, hike in them, and do pretty much anything. They become a little slippery when wet, so I wouldn't advise trail running on wet trails, etc. Not the best for small gravel.

These are awesome.... my first review of anything, ever

Perfect. I ran the marathon leg of a triathlon in em. It was my 2nd run ever in them and they were everything I wanted. My recovery the next few days was like I had gone for a long walk and I think its because I didn't punish my feet in shoes. So stoked. Thanks.

Honestly MGT (Monkey Grip Technology) footbead is slippery

The MGT (Monkey Grip Technology) footbead is slippery when wet. The Mono 2.0 sandals I bought in 2017 have A LOT of running miles on them but I cannot let them get wet or my foot slides all over. The new pair of Leadville Pacer sandals I bought in April has the MGT (Monkey Grip Technology) footbead that says they "are more slip resistant on trails and in wet conditions". Honestly I do not find this to be true. The morning dew comes off the grass on an early morning run and causes there to be no traction between my foot and the sandal's footbed. I find this very frustrating since I love to run in these sandals. If you have dry conditions then I highly recommend these for running. Or you should select sandals with more straps to hold your foot in place while running in wet conditions. I love to run in these sandals and will continue to wear them constantly. But I am going to look for sandals that have a better foot bed for wet running conditions. Also the hard buckle tends to rub on the top of your foot and the slippery straps often dont stay tight. I hope this helps you pick the right shoe and enjoy your run!
