Howdy Folks! Ready to have a good time with me and Born to Run author Christopher McDougall?

I had a chance to video chat with Chris this past weekend. I caught him while he was on the trails in his new home state of Hawaii.

I wanted to catch up with him about his new life in Hawaii and about his newest book that he authored with coach Eric Orton titled Born to Run 2.

What Chris and I have both learned through personal experience is that if you want to be healthy and happy it’s best to follow the practices that are easy and fun to sustain.

Getting outside and moving everyday…not with a giant action plan but rather with a sense of adventure and fun…is one of the most certain things you can do that ultimately leads to a better happier you. Easy light fun wins.His new book covers a lot of the questions and concerns of those seeking to discover (or rediscover) running for themselves with hints about how to best move forward with positive results.
