United StatesExcellent! Exactly what I was looking for. Stiff enough sole with traction for hiking- but comfy and cute enough to wear every day. There’s a little adjustment period to get the straps just right- but once you do- BAM. It’s game on.
CanadaFab, My go to's have been the Oso Flacos but my running technical roots and rocks and my old feet were looking for some enduring comfort and I chose to run this event in my newish middle bears, it rained lots and was tough, I knew I was only gona do 54, and it was my oldest sons first 54Ultra and the finish , well spectacular father son moment with a touch of amazing. The middle bears performed perfectly and aside from that the rest of the storey will be in the book. Freerunwilli
CanadaBought a pair of slip-on roots and a pair of Middle Bears for myself and my family was immediately intrigued. Now my husband and Mother-In-Law are both hooked on your Middle Bears as well!! My husband has a broken body from being in the Military and your sandals are now his everyday footwear and he loves them. Most comfortable sandals he has ever worn and he is a 6’ 230lb muscular man with flat feet! He wears them for biking even! My Mother-In-Law is recovering from a knee replacement surgery and has had foot issues her whole life- she also says these are the most comfortable sandals she has ever worn and she wears them around the clock now. She is not fearful of uneven ground anymore when walking and she feels extremely stable when walking in the Middle Bears. Just love these so much and we are a Luna family now! Now we just need to get a pair for my stubborn Father In Law haha
CanadaLike many, I come from a happy history of using Chacos, but wanted to try this barefoot thing. I worried about the lack of built-in arch support, but 3 weeks in I simply Love them. Unlike every other pair of shoes/sandals I've had, both the inner and outer (!) sole conforms to the feet, giving great arch support and that feeling of freedom. The straps do need adjustment, unlike any other pair of sandals out there, but the result is a perfect sole for your feet. ie worth it. Great company, Great product. My feet and leg muscles couldn't be happier.
