    First timer.

My first time to run in them. The right foot offered no problems. The left not so much. The strap edges between the toes folded away from the skin on the right foot...the left foot not so much. The strap edges on the left folded in toward the skin and rubbed the skin. I was able to reset it but with difficulty. And it continues to require adjustment. But I think I have it solved.

Pretty amazing - you'll need the technical straps

Years ago I purchased a pair of the original lace up jobs - they were a bit rough on my feet. I'm glad that I came back to try out these bad boys. They are so comfy to wear and run in. I haven't been able to figure out how to stop the heel straps from falling down so I have to wear the technical straps every time I wear them. No drama just be good to have less straps to deal with (the only reason I don't give them 5 stars). I 100% recommend these for trail running and casual wear.

    great customer service

I had to exchange for a different size and the experience was excellent. I haven't worn them much because it is winter but can't wait to take them on my next warm vacation.
