Take your LUNAs out for 30 days and use them the way you actually will. Trail miles, river crossings, the walk for coffee, a whole day on your feet. Get them dusty, get them wet, put real ground under them. There is no mileage limit and no keep-them-pristine clause.

I was originally sent mismatched sizes, which was frustrated after ordering the Made in USA version. Thankfully the return process was easy. After receiving 2nd pair, I found that they didn't provide enough ankle support without using the "tech strap" and that just gave a very sporty/dorky. The quality of materials seemed good enough but for $115, I expected a little more. Giving 3 stars because it might be good for the right person and I appreciated the easy return, but I was ultimately a little disappointed.

I think I’ve been using these sandals for about 5–6 years now.
The sole had worn down quite a bit and the straps had eventually broken, so I’ve been using the Oso Flaco sandals recently.
However, the thin sole of the Venado is hard to beat when it comes to feeling the ground directly beneath my feet, so I decided to purchase another pair.
Except during the winter season, I wear these sandals for slow jogging.
The freedom of being liberated from shoes and socks is something I owe to Luna Sandals.
