Great service, really fast turnaround. I like that they sent back the fixed sandals in the same box I have sipped them in (their original box), meaning that box has now been used 3X for shipping. My replacement was also complimentary as it was due to a defect at purchase, and I like that they offer to replace the lace with a new one instead of sending a new pair of sandals altogether.
The person I was working with was very informative and kind. Wonderful, easy process. My puppy chewed up one of the laces (I wear them daily) so I was ready to buy a new pair when I read that they relace. Very cool option. Thank you!
So, I bought a pair of discounted Luna’s in “excellent” condition. I received them, fit perfectly. I wore them for the day, ended up with a deep scratch in the top of my foot from a nylon thread sewn through the “Luna” logo. I requested not to have to send them in. WELL! I was mailed a lace up system, and a link to a YouTube vid (super explanatory and easy!) Then a follow up email to make sure all was great. And it WAS! I fell in love with these sandals even though I got an uncomfortable deep scratch at first. I cannot say enough about these shoes and the company. Glad you were originally barefoot, Ted!
Excellent product, great customer service. I took my new sandals on a run/hike/bushwacking excursion through granite hills, woods and wetlands.
