Take your LUNAs out for 30 days and use them the way you actually will. Trail miles, river crossings, the walk for coffee, a whole day on your feet. Get them dusty, get them wet, put real ground under them. There is no mileage limit and no keep-them-pristine clause.

I already had purchased a pair of the Middle Bear sandals and they are possibly the best shoes I’ve ever worn. I wanted a similar experience but one that would pair well with work clothes, so I purchased these sandals. It wasn’t clear to me that they require use of a Velcro strap to stay on, and you have to cinch it securely or else the sandals will slip off in the back. I have adjusted and readjusted the straps over and over again to get a more secure fit, but unlike with the Middle Bear’s I adore, the fit will always be a bit lose. I wouldn’t recommend these. I also wish I had known I could wait for the re-release of the nice looking leather ones with tassels they just released. Oh well… I still love Luna’s but now know I should ideally try them before buying, which is tough.

Very difficult to adjust to have comfortable sandals. I never managed to adjust them, I've had them for two months, disappointment!

I've always worn trail sandals but while in Seattle for work I started running a paved loop around Lake Union and the trail soles were wearing down quickly...200 pounds will do that! 😉 These new ones are working great and the Buffalo leather is the perfect grip on the footbed.

Attracted design, nice leather foot bed, but they are too thick and too heavy. I tried to wear them for a couple weeks, but I just don’t like the feel. Now I don’t know what to do with him because I can’t return them I guess.
