First of all this company rocks. I’m a terrible customer, first I ordered a wrong size, returned it for a new size but I accidentally clicked the wrong version of the sandal . I looked at the order and it was my mistake not lunas. So I had to exchange a third time for the right size and sandal. No questions asked, they paid for shipping which they should not have had to cause it was my mistake. Well today I finally got the pair I have been excited for. It’s the 10.5 men’s flaco. I have them on now and am hooked. Can’t wait to wear them in and hike with. I believe I am a customer for life and am thinking I should quit my high paying job to work for Luna. Who needs shoes? Thanks again Luna top notch service and sick sandal!!!!!
I purchased my shoes originally in March, in a size 7.5. I didn't get around to wearing them until June, when the weather warmed up. I wore them a few times and found that my toes were falling off the front end. After a little of my own research and reaching out to Luna, I found out I definitely ordered them a bit too large. Their customer service rep worked with me to do an exchange, even though I was out of the standard exchange window. They asked me to send in pics of my shoes to verify their worn status, and then asked that all I do is pay the difference due to the wear on the shoes (I only ended up paying $17 for my exchanged pair). I wish all companies did exchanges that way. I have been wearing my correct-sized Lunas multiple times a week since the exchange and couldn't be happier. They are reasonably fashionable, they work wonderfully on day hikes with the dog, and they are comfortable to boot. Would definitely purchase again!
