United StatesSo, I bought a pair of discounted Luna’s in “excellent” condition. I received them, fit perfectly. I wore them for the day, ended up with a deep scratch in the top of my foot from a nylon thread sewn through the “Luna” logo. I requested not to have to send them in. WELL! I was mailed a lace up system, and a link to a YouTube vid (super explanatory and easy!) Then a follow up email to make sure all was great. And it WAS! I fell in love with these sandals even though I got an uncomfortable deep scratch at first. I cannot say enough about these shoes and the company. Glad you were originally barefoot, Ted!

United StatesMy Origen 2.0 sandals were a year old with many miles on them, and the soles were still looking good, but the laces were worn, so I sent them in to have these replaced. This was done quickly, which was good, as I was only in the US for a few weeks. They even glued the front of the soles where they had delaminated for me. Nice. Thanks. Back in service and almost as good as new now.
United StatesI got a new puppy this year. She decided my Luna sandals were her favorite snack. She chewed through the laces THREE(!) times! One time not even 24hrs after I got them back! Each time I was able to send them back to the company and have them replaced for a very reasonable price. Thank goodness since the soles were brand new. I now have a hook by my door to hang them out of puppy reach. I’ve been wearing Luna sandals for almost 10yrs as my predominate summer shoe and I have recommended many others. For farming, running, hiking or just around town or the house….while my sandals were at the shop I was at a loss. They are hands down my favorite pair in my shoe collection. Thanks Luna team for helping through my “puppy tax” woes.
