What the guarantee covers
A full year
Any manufacturing defect, on sandals up to a year old.
What that looks like
Laces pulling through the sandal. Wing stitches unravelling. Side notches tearing out.
If something has failed rather than simply worn out, it is worth asking us.
After a year
Claims past one year are handled case by case, and shipping costs are yours.
Ask anyway. We would rather look than not.

Our warranty policy provides clear guidelines, but at the end of the day we treat every situation with common sense and care, because every customer, every sandal and every adventure is different.
When you reach out about a warranty issue, you are not talking to a faceless company. You are connecting with real people who care about getting you back out there.
