All LUNA Sandals are backed by our solidMoonRock Guarantee.
Our warranty covers sandals up to a year old for any manufacturing defect. This could be something like the laces pulling through the sandal, the Wing stitches unraveling, or the side notches tearing out. Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty. Claims past 1 year are handled case-by-case and customers are responsible for shipping costs.
For heel pads and laces, our warranty lasts for 6-months. Any claims outside of this time frame are handled case-by-case and customers are responsible for shipping costs.
Our warranty does not cover accidental damage like over-exposure to heat (leaving sandals in hot cars, by fires or in direct sunlight) or dogs eating sandals/laces. You can purchase Lace Replacements if needed.
Please note, that if the sandals have been intentionally misused or self repaired/physically altered the MoonRock Guarantee may be void. Discontinued models may not be covered under warranty and are handled case-by-case. The longevity of our sandals differs between models and signs of wear and use may not be covered. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping sandals back to us for repairs if they were not purchased directly from our website or are over 1 year old.
